おしまい
おしまい (The End) is a reflection on closure and the inevitability of endings. In this project, I turn the lens downward, capturing only the ground—a visual metaphor for finality. Each image embodies a sense of conclusion, inviting the viewer to consider what kind of “end” is being represented. Is it the end of a journey, the release from worry, or a grounding acceptance of what’s here and now? This project moves away from the idea of infinite possibilities, focusing instead on the finite space we all must one day reach.Paired with poetry, each photo serves as a quiet meditation on the boundaries of existence. Through おしまい, I hope to provoke thought on what it means to embrace endings, leaving it up to the viewer to interpret this finality in their own way. This series completes a progression from boundless potential to grounded reality, asking us to ponder the beauty and stillness of closure.
